Overview

Demonstrates disciplined delivery and drives the program processes; represent the VP Transformation at a program/workstream level, ensure real impact of the transformation is captured and communicated; owns the performance management systems (WAVE, team management, action lists)

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline.

 

10+ years of professional experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting or program/project management.

 

At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change.

 

Certifications in Change Management or Project Management preferred.

Key interactions with leaders at every level to drive weekly TO meeting with concerned workstreams. Works side-by-side on a daily basis with Sponsors, Workstream Leads and Workstream Finance Leads. Liaises with SLT members and wider leadership as needed.

Responsibilities

Drives weekly Transformation Office (TO) cadence and ensures TO process compliance on a daily basis

 

Coordinates and prepare materials for all elements of the rigorous weekly Transformation cadence

 

Responsible for the functioning of weekly TO meetings, ensuring the right topics are discussed

 

Prepares and disseminates Transformation updates to all Transformation participants

 

Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the weekly TO meetings, SLT, and CTO briefings

 

Produces relevant documents for internal communication and review of Transformation highlights

 

Tracks Workstream actions from TO meetings and coordinates with Workstream sponsors and other relevant parties to ensure execution

Manages project pipeline progress

Knows what is in the pipeline and what potential roadblocks exist

 

Knows the organization well and is proactive in finding individuals that can assist in eliminating roadblocks

Owns WAVE tracking tool and champions its use at every step of the Transformation

Uses WAVE to track progress of Initiatives through the pipeline at every stage
Becomes an expert in the functionality of WAVE for overall Transformation management / tracking

Leads day to day activities of the Transformation office team
Holds ultimate responsibility for the work output of Transformation Office team
Provides coaching and administer capability building to Transformation Office analysts as necessary
Conducts team talks and feedback sessions to ensure smooth working experience for the TO team
